There are exercises and techniques to strengthen your legs and increase vertical jumping quite a bit.  You can add several inches or even feet to your jumping with the right training.</description>

Schools have been making stuff like this for years and getting the kids to believe they are robots. It is time people were aware of what was done in the past before applauding.</description>
