iRobot Warrior 700

The iRobot Warrior 700 is (or will be) a major upgrade to iRobot’s PackBot. Really, it’s an entirely different robot, and at 285 pounds plus 60 pounds of batteries and up to 150 pounds of payload, it’s not likely to fit in anyone’s pack. The Warrior is designed for heavy duty tasks like route clearing, and from the looks of it, has no problem dragging people around too:

Last year, iRobot got $2 million from Congress for advanced development of the Warrior, and the first production units should be available to the military and law enforcement in the third quarter of this year.
