		<description>Its funny, but it might actually be useful to people who have lost their legs if you combine it with that technology that allows people to move robotic arms with the nerve pulses from their stumps. 

Its not particularly dignified, but if you go from legless wheel chair to almost back to normal in terms of shaking hands and getting around, it ain&#039;t that bad.</description>
