A good clue is the 5th character is a space :) … That and the 1st and 4th characters are the same.

(I had to translate it!, binary is to a programmer, like a red rag is to a bull! ;)

This kind of reminds me of my tattoo on my back. It is a datamatrix encoded with “Deus Ex Machina”, which is latin for god from the machine. Here is a pic:
