Had DEKA Robotics made any progress in making a prosthetic for persons with HD (Hip Disarticulation? My left limb was amputated in November of 2003; my current prosthetic is very heavy and uncomfortable. Also I have to take the entire thing off to use the restroom.

The control system is modular. Eventually, they hope to have the brain control as an option (and they've tested it successfully), but at the moment, it's more straightforward to just have the toe controls.
