Had our first bot owner made his bot half the size, used the servos that the breakdancer owner used, and had not insisted on the uncanny valley look, he would have pulled it off. Her center of gravity was high, and her servos couldn’t respond to the command changes nearly fast enough.
Realistically, give that bot’s owner another year, and he could conceivably pull this off and win!
